Overview
The LoiLo TTP digital curriculum is structured around the Teaching Through Problem-solving (TTP) methodology, both in its content and instructional approach. Each unit is comprised of four to five distinct types of lessons, repeating specific types multiple times based on the unit’s theme. Some units also offer advanced lessons as optional components, providing flexibility in teaching depth and complexity. This structured repetition across various lesson types ensures a comprehensive educational experience tailored to TTP principles.
Type 1
Investigate: Introduction to a new mathematical challenge that students have the opportunity to investigate.
Type 2
Learn: Learn the new mathematical concepts that were investigated in the previous lesson.
Type 3
Apply: Solve problems by applying the newly learned mathematical concept.
Type 4
Master: Work on a set of exercises to solidify understanding of the mathematical concept.
Type 5
Extend: Use what you have newly learned to work to more challenging exercises.
